Our Commitment to Quality
We use trusted, reliable carriers such as FedEx / USPS Priority Mail / UPS for all our shipments. While we pack each rose with the utmost care, we understand that plants are living things, and very rarely, they may arrive in an unacceptable condition due to transit stress.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health:

Attach clear photographs of the damaged rose and its original packaging.

We will personally examine each request for a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is ensuring you receive the healthy, beautiful plants you expect from HanaLeafora.

Order Cancellation and Store Policies

Order Preparation: Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the process of preparing your plants for shipment, including final health checks, careful packaging, and scheduling pickup.

Final Sale / Made-for-Order Items: Made-for-order items (if applicable, e.g., custom plant arrangements or specific bare-root orders) are prepared specifically for you and are not eligible for order cancellation or refund.

Cancellations: Due to the live nature of our products and the immediate preparation process, orders cannot be cancelled once the order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped." We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🙏
