🌷 Product & Care Guide
Q6: What should I do immediately after receiving my roses?
A: Unpack your roses immediately and inspect the plants. If the soil is dry, water them thoroughly. Place your rose in a shaded, ventilated area for 3–5 days for acclimatization before transplanting or moving them to their permanent spot.
Q7: What climate are your roses best suited for?
A: Our garden roses are chosen to thrive in various temperate climates. You can find the specific Hardiness Zone for each variety on its product page. Please select varieties that match your local growing conditions.
Q8: What is the correct way to water my roses?
A: The best principle is "Water thoroughly when the topsoil is dry." Ensure you water until excess water drains from the bottom of the pot. Roses require more water during the summer and blooming periods, but less frequently during winter dormancy.
Q9: Do roses need fertilizer, and how often?
A: Yes, roses are heavy feeders. We recommend applying a balanced, slow-release fertilizer or a dedicated rose food every 4–6 weeks during the growing season (Spring to Autumn). Stop fertilizing during the winter dormancy period.
Q10: What are common rose pests and diseases, and how do I treat them?
A: Common issues include Aphids, Spider Mites, Black Spot, and Powdery Mildew.
-
Pests: Can often be controlled by rinsing with strong water spray or using mild insecticidal soap.
-
Diseases: May require professional fungicide treatment. Good air circulation is the best preventative measure.
